Capital and pension schemes for employees – ECSs and EPSs

The PCS team offers support in the area of implementation of the ECS, including issues related to the protection of personal data of scheme participants, implementation of integrated compliance regulations allowing one to transfer or limit the responsibility of the management staff in the performance of their duties related to the operation of the ECS, as well as public and legal burdens of payments and withdrawals from the ECS.
