We provide comprehensive crisis management services – not only in terms of managing legal aspects but also in handling communications and business aspects. 

We have experience in cases involving law enforcement authorities or suspected crimes within the organisation (law enforcement search on the company premises, theft of company secrets, mobbing, whistleblowing, etc.). We have on multiple occasions provided advice in emergency situations regarding illegal actions taken by trade unions (illegal strike action, falsifying documents, etc.) We have often provided consultancy services with respect to random events (death of employer, declaration of bankruptcy, accident at work, unscheduled stoppage). We have supported our Clients in interesting matters concerning loss of key employees (resignation or loss of necessary authorizations, including loss of work permit by a foreigner).
