Cookie policy

  1. The pcslegal.pl website and its subpages (“Website”) does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookie files.
  2. Cookie files constitute digital data, text files in particular, which is stored on the Website User’s the end device and applied so that the User is able to use the Website’s pages. Usually, cookies contain the name of the website from which they come, the time for which they are stored on the end device, as well as a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the User of the Website and obtaining access to them is the operator of the Website – Paruch Chruściel Schiffter sp. j. with a registered office in Warsaw (“Operator”).

Cookie files are used to improve the functionality of the Website (creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use the Website, which makes it possible to improve its structure) and maintain the Website User’s session (after their logging in) so that the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website.

Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (Internet browser). Permanent cookie files are stored on the User’s end device for a time determined in cookie files’ parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

The Website Users may at any time change cookie files’ settings. These settings may be changed in particular in a manner allowing blockage of automatic cookie file support in the Internet browser’s settings or provision of information about their placement on the Website User’s device each time it happens.
