Bartosz Wszeborowski

For over 6 years Bartosz has been advising entrepreneurs on HR matters. He is the specialist in litigation, in the field of individual labor law and in matters related to violation of trade secret and non-competition. He has experience in hiring and terminating employment with board members, TUPE transfers and relations with trade unions. Bartosz supports entrepreneurs in matters related to health and safety, with particular emphasis on accidents at work. He represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings. Author of publications an trainings on labour law.
