Karolina Kanclerz manages the firm’s Wrocław office. She has over 20 years of experience in legal advisory services in the field of labor law and has been providing ongoing legal support to some of Poland’s largest employers. She combines interdisciplinary expertise with a business-oriented approach to legal matters.
She advises on strategic projects and day-to-day legal matters. As a certified Compliance Officer and head of the firm’s compliance practice, she assists clients in the most complex projects related to workplace mobbing, discrimination, and matters at the intersection of labor law and compliance.
Karolina is the author of Good Morning HR – PCS’s weekly newsletter and the most widely read HR-focused legal bulletin in Poland. She regularly shares her knowledge at conferences and training sessions. Known for her ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and engaging way, she is frequently invited to mainstream media, and her articles and expert commentary are regularly published in the press.
