Pay transparency regulations redefine recruitment

From 24 December 2025, employers will be required to disclose salary information to all job applicants. The legislation specifies three stages at which this information may be provided: in the job advertisement; or before the interview (if the advertisement was unpublished or omitted salary details); or, as the final possible moment, before the employment relationship is formally established.
