For over 12 years Michał has been advising domestic and foreign entrepreneurs on the labor aspects of their business activities. He advises employers on, among other things, hiring employees and selecting the optimal form of employment, drafting employment-related agreements and internal regulations, termination of employment.

Michał has participated in many due diligence processes and supports entrepreneurs in M&A transactions from employment angle. He also provides support in employment related matters within restructuring projects, including TUPE transfers, collective redundancies and voluntary departure programs.

In addition, Michał advises on, among other things, personal data protection in employment, posting of workers, hiring temporary workers and outsourcing of services. Michał also represents clients in employment litigations.

He is the author of numerous press publications and conducts trainings and workshops in the field of employment law.
