The legal framework for multi-company trade unions lacks clarity

The existing Trade Union Act does not contain detailed rules on how employers fall under the remit of multi-company trade unions, and it does not clearly define how these structures should look. It simply states that a multi-company trade union is a union covering several workplaces that has the same powers as a traditional, single-employer union.
