Businesses can no longer afford to treat workplace bullying as an issue to handle only after a formal complaint is made. The lack of a formal report will not shield a company from liability or remove its obligation to step in as soon as the first warning signs of potential misconduct come to light. – Sławomir Paruch and Paweł Sych comment to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
