An employee, including a trade union representative, has the right to expose irregularities and defend the interests of the workforce. However, they must act objectively, proportionately, and based on verified information. The line is crossed when criticism no longer aims to resolve a problem, but instead begins to harm the employer’s interests, disrupt workplace relations, or escalate into public, unverified accusations. – Kinga Ciosk comments to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
