DZIENNIK GAZETA PRAWNA SPECIAL REPORT: New act on collective agreements. Does it encourage social dialogue?

The new regulations, in force since 13 December 2025, bring together the existing tools of social dialogue – collective agreements – into a single legal act. This is achieved through the introduction of a central register and mandatory electronic filings with digital signatures. The legislator has also imposed a number of new obligations on the parties involved in social dialogue, and fees for non-compliance.
