Head of Compensation&Benefits Team. She has a longstanding experience in assisting businesses in the area of labour law, in particular in cases associated with:
- employment and dismissal of employees, including executive staff,
- in-house regulations,
- working time and overtime work
- relations with trade unions,
- company social benefits fund,
- employee saving plans and employee pension scheme.
Regularly publishes the most important legal newspapers and conducts trainings on employment law. Co-author of the labour code’s working time commentary.
