He advises employers on HR law, supporting them in addressing day-to-day organisational challenges as well as in strategic decisions with long-term impact. He supports employers in managing relations with trade unions, conducting collective negotiations and disputes, as well as in restructuring and transformation processes.
In decision-making processes, he combines legal advice with a business and reputational perspective, taking into account industry-specific context. Client relationships are built on trust, commitment and a strong sense of responsibility, with support provided at every stage of project implementation.
He has extensive experience advising employers across the retail, automotive, banking, real estate, construction and manufacturing sectors, which enables him to understand their needs and business challenges.
He also advises on sensitive and crisis matters, including the protection of employers’ personal rights, employee online activity, as well as allegations of discrimination and workplace bullying, conducting and coordinating internal investigations and audits.
He is the author of publications and practical commentaries on HR law and delivers training sessions and webinars.
