Łukasz Marzec

Affiliated with the firm since the fourth year of his studies. At PCS, he advises employers on day-to-day matters related to both collective and individual labor law. He specializes in issues concerning the termination of individual employment relationships, restructuring processes, including collective redundancies, and representing employers in employment litigation. He also conducts workplace investigations into alleged irregularities and misconduct. He is an author of publications in the field of HR law. His areas of interest also include medical law.
