Head of Katowice Office. Łukasz is one of the leading experts in the field of labour law and social security. With many years’ experience in advising entrepreneurs, he specialises in litigation, including disputes with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), remuneration of employees, working time, discrimination, non-competition agreements, as well as staff outsourcing and employment agencies. Also, he boasts extensive experience in the area of collective labour law, with emphasis on collective disputes and relations with trade unions. Łukasz is the author of a commentary to the Act on the Company Social Fund, which has gained widespread acclaim of industry professionals. Co-author of the commentary on working time and lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia, Łukasz regularly publishes articles in key legal journals and conducts training programmes in labour law and social security.
