As a student she represented Jagiellonian University in international commercial arbitration competition, where she gained knowledge on alternative (out-of-court) dispute resolution. Her first steps as a lawyer were in well-established law firms from Kraków and in Polish Embassy in London, where her journey with immigration law have started. Kinga’s fields of specialization are legalization of employment and stay for foreign employees, including planning and optimizing global mobility projects. She also provides business advice in HR law matters, including, among others, contract termination, mobbing & discrimination, planning & billing working time as well as litigation.
