Kinga Polewka-Włoch

Her first steps as a lawyer were in well-established law firms from Kraków and in Polish Embassy in London, where her journey with immigration law have started. Kinga’s fields of specialization are legalization of employment and stay for foreign employees, including planning and optimizing global mobility projects. She also provides business advice in HR law matters, including, among others, contract termination, mobbing & discrimination, planning & settlement of working time. She represents employers in court disputes, including criminal cases. Kinga combines her competences in the field of broadly understood labor law with knowledge of immigration law and procedures in numerous interdisciplinary and international projects. She is involved in pro-bono projects and actively works to raise awareness of “diversity & inclusion” as part of the Razem dla Różnorodności (Together for Diversity in Business) initiative.
