Her out-of-the-box thinking and willingness to implement pioneering solutions have repeatedly helped clients get out of tricky situations or deal with problems they faced for the first time. She has been advising entrepreneurs for 10 years and has focused her practice on HR law for the past 8 years. Her areas of expertise include collective dismissals, bullying and discrimination, scheduling and billing of working time, and flexible forms of employment. She represents employers in litigation, including criminal cases. She combines her labor law expertise with her knowledge of immigration law and procedures in numerous interdisciplinary and international projects. She supports entrepreneurs from the legal side in the process of legalization of employment and stay of foreign workers, including planning and optimization of global mobility projects. She is involved in pro-bono projects and actively works to raise awareness of diversity&inclusion as part of the Razem dla różnorodności w Biznesie (“Together for Diversity in Business”) initiative. At PCS, she is also responsible for pro-environmental projects.
