Kinga Polewka-Włoch

The special assignments lawyer. Her out-of-the-box thinking and readiness to implement pioneering solutions have repeatedly helped clients navigate critical situations and tackle challenges they faced for the first time. For over a decade, she has been advising entrepreneurs on all aspects of HR law. She specializes in collective redundancies, workplace bullying and discrimination, working time planning and accounting, and flexible forms of employment. She represents employers in litigation, including criminal proceedings.

She also combines her expertise in labor law with in-depth knowledge of immigration law and procedures, delivering interdisciplinary and international projects. She supports employers in the legalization of employment and stay of foreign workers, as well as in planning and optimizing global mobility projects.

She is actively involved in pro bono initiatives and promotes diversity and inclusion in business as part of the Together for Diversity in Business initiative. At PCS, she is also responsible for environmental projects.
