Business owners should be fully aware not only of their legal obligations during an audit, but also of their rights, including the right to formally object to inspector findings and actively participate in the inspection process. To manage the audit effectively, companies should appoint a designated point of contact responsible for liaising with the authority, gathering required documents, and thoroughly reviewing and analyzing the conclusions outlined in the inspection report. – Michał Włodarczyk comments to Puls HR.
