Julita Kołodziejska

During her studies at the Jagiellonian University, she gained experience in the field of labour law, among others, while working at the Student Legal Clinic, Section of Labour Law at the Jagiellonian University. At PCS | Littler, she advises employers on issues related to individual and collective labour law, as well as broadly understood matters related to HR law. She supports employers in court disputes, implementation of remote work, also from abroad, during inspections by the State Labor Inspectorate, as well as employment restructuring. Author of publications on HR law.
