Anna Kencel

Over the past 6 years of experience, she has advised clients in particular on litigation, labor and social security law, contracts, property and family law. She has assisted employers and employees in litigation in the field of individual labor law, including the establishment and termination of employment and other employment bases, working time, wages, leave, remote work, non-competition, sobriety checks, employee inspections, employee liability, occupational health and safety, discrimination, and harassment.

In her daily work, she advises entrepreneurs in the area of international and domestic labor law, meeting the difficult challenges that they face as employers.

Her main area of interest is litigation.
