Partner at PCS | Littler and a dual-qualified attorney, admitted to practice in Poland (as an attorney-at-law) and in the US (in the New York State), with overt ten years of experience in providing support to major international employers in the area of HR Law. In his work at PCS | Littler, he supports the firm’s key clients and uses his transatlantic experience and qualifications serving as a familiar point of contact for US companies and capital groups, offering and coordinating HR law support to businesses in Poland and across the Central-Eastern Europe region. He also fosters international collaboration between PCS | Littler and attorneys in other Littler offices across the United States and around the world.

Marcin returned to his practice in Poland in 2021 after spending two years in the US, where he completed, with honors, the LLM program at the New York University, and subsequently worked there as a part of a research project at NYU’s Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement.
