Marcin Sanetra

Attorney at law, senior lawyer

Senior Lawyer at PCS Littler and a dual-qualified attorney, admitted to practice in Poland (as an attorney-at-law) and in the US (in the New York State), with almost ten years of experience in providing support to international employers in the area of HR Law. He is a part of PCS team in Wrocław. Marcin returned to practice in Poland in 2021 after spending two years in the US, where he completed, with honors, the LLM program at the New York University, and subsequently worked there as a part of a research project at NYU’s Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement. In his work at PCS, he supports the firm’s key clients and uses his transatlantic experience and qualifications serving as a familiar point of contact for US companies and capital groups with their operations Poland and the CEE. He also strives to foster international collaboration between PCS and colleagues in other Littler offices around the world.
