Her practice includes advising on alternative and flexible workforce arrangements, workforce restructurings, individual and collective reductions in force, labor union negotiations, and the development, implementation, and audit of internal employment policies and procedures.

She has extensive experience handling employment litigation and representing clients before courts and administrative authorities. She develops litigation strategies that align legal considerations with clients’ business objectives, helping employers effectively mitigate employment-related risks.

She regularly advises on high-risk and sensitive employee separations, including matters involving senior executives and employees protected by applicable employment laws.
