From the start of professional career, was engaged in immigration law and court and administrative proceedings. An experience has been acquired in Voivodship Administrative Court and in Warsaw-based law offices.
Provides complex advice to employers as regards employment of foreigners and legalisation of stay on the territory of Poland. Oversees projects involving intra-group transfers and employee secondments for the provision of services.
In addition, specialises in acquisition and renunciation of Polish citizenship. A range of interests includes issues related to individual and collective labour law.
Runs training sessions in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian for foreign individuals and major Polish and international employers. Authored and co-authored many articles published in the national press. Has coordinated a series of pro bono #HowToHelpUkraine initiatives.
