Piotr Kuźniak
Attorney at law, senior lawyer
Lawyer with 19 years of experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs. He worked for many years as an in-house in the legal department of a large state-owned company operating in the IT industry, where he gained experience in providing legal services to large and complex projects. For last 5 years, he has been advising Polish and foreign clients on HR matters. The wide spectrum of his advice includes labor law in both individual and collective terms. He specializes in disputes with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and advice requiring negotiations with trade unions. He often undertakes unconventional cases where labor law is intertwined with other legal disciplines.
Author of press publications and books in the field of labor law as well as radio and television appearances. He conducts dedicated HR trainings for entrepreneurs.
He represents clients before common courts, administrative courts and the Supreme Court in cassation appeals.
