Associated with the law firm since his studies. He supports employers in all matters related to employment and HR law. He specializes in remuneration and benefits, including issues of equal pay and anti-discrimination. In his practice, he focuses, among others, on issues related to the social benefits fund, remuneration rules and bonus systems, as well as matters related to social security, anti-mobbing and personal data protection in employment. He is the author of numerous publications and articles, and a speaker at conferences and webinars on labor law.
