Mateusz Krajewski

Specializes in labour law, with a particular focus on remuneration structures and solutions based on civil law contracts, including management contracts. Also advises on compliance and whistleblower protection – supporting the implementation of whistleblowing procedures, mechanisms for receiving reports and taking follow-up actions, verification of whistleblower status including within international structures. He conducts training in this area.

Assists employers in implementing and conducting internal investigations (e.g., mobbing, discrimination, managerial misconduct). Drafts internal regulations and policies, including remuneration policies and non-compete agreements. Has extensive experience in hiring and terminating senior management employment relationships, implementing split structures, restructurings, and business transfers, as well as providing HR advisory services to banks and financial institutions.

He is an author of publications in the field of HR law and compliance. Certified mediator.
