At PCS, she supports Polish and international employers in non-standard matters involving individual and collective labour law, as well as broadly understood HR law. She advises on projects that require combining legal expertise, strategic communication, and legal and business risk management.
She specializes in trade union advisory work, relations with trade unions, inspections by the National Labour Inspectorate, including criminal and misdemeanour proceedings, as well as litigation in labour law cases.
