For the past 7 years, he has provided legal assistance to businesses, particularly in the areas of litigation, employment and contract law. He has supported employers and employees in litigation in the field of employment law (including unfair termination of employment contracts, claims of harassment and discrimination). He also advised clients in inspections conducted by the State Labor Inspectorate.

On a daily basis, he advises businesses in the area of international and domestic employment and labour law, hiring employees in creative industries (by both domestic and foreign businesses), establishing and terminating the employment relationship, and assisting in the daily challenges faced by employers. Thanks to his education, he has a good understanding of clients from common law jurisdictions.

In his work, he places a strong emphasis on advising IT businesses, including carrying out several large projects implementing the so-called author’s deductible at Poland’s largest IT companies, and dealing with the hiring of software engineers and others who are part of development teams.

When necessary, he also supports employers in so-called “difficult cases,” including those related to violations of non-competition agreements and acts of unfair competition by employees and/or former employees, in the termination of employment relationships with members of trade unions, disputes with trade unions and employment restructuring.

In addition, he is involved in the establishment of companies in Poland, as well as ongoing corporate services and M&A transactions. He has several years of experience in commercial disputes (including arbitration).
