She has vast experience in mobbing, harrastment and anti-dicrimination issues.
She supports Clients at courts and administrative authorities, as well as during pre- and post-trial stages. She advises on employee’s documentation, handling complicated terminations (including those involving executives and so-called protected employees). She supports Clients in implementation of internal procedures and policies, providing practical approach at all stages.
She cooperates with a number of Clients, including international companies, startups, and other entieties operating on local, national and international levels. She leverages her extensive experience and consistently provides practical solutions tailored to the specific needs of each Client.
