Artur Dubelt

He gained his first professional experience at a prestigious Krakow law firm, where he supported the Criminal Law Department and the Corporate Law Department. He also worked in the Labor Law Department of one of the largest law firms in Greater Poland Voivodeship.

In addition to labor law, his areas of interest include criminal law in the broad sense and inheritance law.

At PCS, he works on projects related to individual and collective labor law. He specializes in issues related to compliance, preventing inappropriate behaviors, whistleblowers, group layoffs, preparing internal policies and regulations, and criminal liability for crimes against the rights of people performing work.

Author of articles on labor and HR law and criminal law published in national legal and economic journals.
