Programme:
Almost every employer makes it possible for employees to perform work remotely, from places other than their office. However, the rules for implementation of such remote work are not regulated, which cause number of difficulties and doubts. The challenge for employers is to regulate that issue internally in order to, on the one hand, provide workers with flexibility and, on the other, safeguard the employers’ interests.
We would like to talk about how to bring it together. We will answer questions including, in particular, the following:
When telework and when remote work is involved?
How to define the workplace when remote work is performed
Whether remote work can be performed abroad?
Why it is worth to introduce remote working rules?
How to calculate remote workers’ payments for their working time?
What equipment must be provided to an employee and whether to cover the costs of Internet access?
What occupational health and safety obligations are assigned to employer and what happens in the event of an accident at work?
Participation in the webinar is free of charge.
