This is an important stage in the development of the law firm  and a response to the expectations of Clients from the Pomeranian region. From the very beginning the law firm puts a strong emphasis on presence in the regions, thus implementing its mission: We think globally and act locally.

PCS | Littler law firm is the fastest growing and the largest HR law firm in Poland, including global mobility & immigration, with offices located in 6 cities, and the team of lawyers, consultants and immigration assistants consisting of 44 people (the entire team of the law firm includes nearly 60 people). “Pomorskie is one of the fastest developing regions in Poland in terms of the dynamics of GDP growth. The excellent location of the region at the crossroads of international transport routes, dynamically developing sea ports and an airport, increasingly better transport accessibility and growing logistic base – enable the development of international exchange and attract foreign investors. Therefore, it is natural that also in this region there is a growing demand for professional services in the field of HR law ”. – comments Sławomir Paruch, attorney-at-law, partner at PCS | Littler.

“We currently have offices in all key economic centers in Poland. This allows us to handle our Clients’ issues with regard to local conditions as well as time and cost efficiency ”. – adds Robert Stępień, attorney-at-law, partner at PCS | Littler.

“Pomeranian employers are more and more often reaching for employees from outside the region and show higher interest in employing foreigners, especially Ukrainian citizens. In this way, they try to meet the most urgent staffing needs. The immigration team will be a strong link in the Gdańsk office. It is a response to the growing demand for consultancy in the area of employing foreigners ”. – adds Karolina Schiffter, advocate, partner at PCS | Littler.
