Webinar: Navigating pay transparency in Poland – local rules and context for employers creating regional, transborder policies to implement the EU Directive

We are pleased to invite you to participate in a webinar organised by PCS together with Mercer Polska.

Topic: Navigating pay transparency in Poland – local rules and context for employers creating regional, transborder policies to implement the EU Directive.

With draft laws on pay transparency, new or updated, surfacing recently in Poland and across Europe, and member states discussing different implementation deadlines – it’s important for the business to cut through the media noise and better understand what to expect, and how to prepare. This is even more important for global or regional companies, employing workers across borders and in several jurisdictions – harmonizing for a coherent approach while maintaining compliance with country-specific rules and relevance with local market standards will not be easy.

To support all stakeholders within HR and Legal functions, compensation specialists, C-suite decisionmakers and project team members responsible for preparing companies to implement new pay transparency rules in Poland and abroad, Mercer and PCS experts come together to share our pragmatic recommendations and perspectives on:

1) legislative update of the Directive, especially from the perspective of June 2026 deadline
2) understanding the key aspects of the draft, recently updated transparency laws,
3) practical consequences for selected HR processes, including job evaluation and pay gap reporting
4) navigating cultural & social context of pay transparency and pay discrimination
5) managing the involvement of trade unions and other social partners.

Date: 25th May 2026, 11:00 – 12:00 CEST, online.

Speakers:
Sławomir Paruch, Partner at PCS,
Marcin Sanetra, Partner at PCS,
Krzysztof Nowak, Partner at Mercer Polska,
Jarosław Ciarka, Mercer Network Consultant.
