
Preparing for territorial army deployment: employer obligations

While there is no requirement for a job applicant to declare their Territorial Defence Force (Wojsko Obrony Terytorialnej, WOT) membership, once employed, they must give details of their service to their employer. This includes their planned rotational military service dates. Furthermore, an employee-soldier must notify their company immediately if they get an unscheduled service call-up.
