An attorney with extensive HR and social security law experience. In his day-to-day practice, he cooperates with a number of domestic and international Clients, including banks and leading Tech companies. He specializes in employee litigation, with particular emphasis on matters related to termination of employment, collective dismissals, overtime remuneration, mobbing, harassment, and discrimination. He provides comprehensive support both at the court and during pre- and post-trial stages.

He specializes in litigation and termination employment, including high-ranking managers and so-called protected employees. He boasts vast experience in organizing and conducting internal explanatory proceedings and provides support in verifying, designing, and implementing internal regulations, including compliance and whistleblowing.

Conducts training programmes in labor law and social security. A speaker at a number of industry conferences and the author of publications on HR law.

He cooperated with the Constitutional Tribunal and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
