For over 3 years, Jan has been advising entrepreneurs on HR matters with emphasis on collective and individual dismissals, cases related to mobbing, discrimination, social security and termination of employment, as well as HR compliance with regard to EU and Polish regulations (in particular, preparing employers for the implementation of the EU pay transparency directive). He also specializes in cases involving the obligation to repay aid funds received in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic.
