As of 1 January 2021, employers who conclude a contract for a specific work with a person who is not their employee will have to notify ZUS about it, even though such contracts are not subject to social insurance contributions. Based on the provided data, ZUS will assess whether a given contract for a specific work should be subject to the same social insurance contributions as contracts of mandate.
