Clients want a ready-made meal, not a menu [INTERVIEW]

Companies today are looking for business advisors who combine the qualities of an external and in-house lawyer. The labour market is changing, so the market for HR law services is evolving as well. The structure of the economy is changing to an increasingly service-oriented, with rising salaries among employees in many industries, including manufacturing and specialised services. This is reflected in company budgets – an increasing proportion of them are wage costs, or more broadly – employment costs.
