Mikołaj Wilczek

After completing internships in criminal and compensatory law, he decided to deepen his knowledge in the field of HR Law. At the law firm, he works on projects related to individual and collective labor law, where he is particularly interested in issues concerning direct discrimination, termination of previous employment conditions and/or wages, as well as workplace monitoring and sobriety control. Additionally, he is interested in the issue of human rights violations in the former Eastern Bloc countries.
