He gained his previous experience while working in a law firm providing day-to-day services to entrepreneurs. During his studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, he actively participated in academic life by co-founding the science club of British law. In his daily work he supports lawyers in servicing clients by implementing projects concerning individual and collective labor law and HR law in its broadest sense. He is interested in HR Compliance and the combination of labor law with the law of new technologies.
