Whistleblower protection. New procedures will have to be implemented by 25 September 2024

Companies must implement reporting and protection procedures by 25 September 2024. That means less than two months for establishing new rules to comply with the requirements. Individuals reporting irregularities should also review how the new regulations will work. Who can and who cannot become a whistleblower?
