Translating under contracts for specific work – Supreme Court judgment

In view of Polish Civil Code it is undisputable that a contract for translation into Polish or vice versa, can be qualified as a contract for specific work. Such contract is not subject to social securities – Łukasz Chruściel comments for Rzeczpospolita.
