Outsourcing in the spotlight: Are employers playing by the rules?

This year, the Labour Inspection plans to take a closer look at outsourcing practices to ensure they are not used to bypass temporary employment laws, meet staffing demands or hire foreign workers illegally. To reduce the risk of the entire outsourcing model being questioned – sometimes involving hundreds of workers – companies should ensure that the key persons working with outsourcing firms are well informed.
