The self-assessment checklist recently published by the National Labour Inspection (PIP) has sparked a wide-ranging discussion regarding its usefulness in practice. The primary goal of the checklist is to assist entrepreneurs, who may lack specialised legal expertise, in evaluating their workforce structures to identify potential legal risks when distinguishing between a standard employment relationship and B2B cooperation. While the checklist would not be a formal source of law or a binding legal act, it may serve as a valuable support tool for self-assessment.
