Vaccination will not protect everyone from quarantine after contact with infected persons

The employer is not aware if there are any infections in the employee’s family. Living and daily contact with someone infected with COVID increases the risk of transmittal, even for those who are vaccinated. Protecting Whistleblowers. Some companies and JST need to be ready – a guide

A significant group of Polish entrepreneurs and public entities will soon have to introduce rules that will protect whistleblowers i.e. people who report violations in the workplace. This task is set by the EU directive on the protection for people reporting breaches of the EU law, commonly known as the EU whistleblowing directive (Dz.Urz. UE z 2019 r. L 305, s. 17).
