Stamping out workplace bullying: a major challenge in the restaurant industry

The restaurant industry is particularly vulnerable to workplace bullying, given the fast pace of work and specific team structures. During peak hours, staff must manage multiple tasks simultaneously under immense time pressure and demanding guest expectations. Under these conditions, tensions, conflicts, and inappropriate behavior are far more likely to surface.
